I'm a biomechanics specialist, and proud dad of twins. After years of playing semi-pro football, I’ve combined my sports background with over a decade of experience helping people move better and feel stronger. When I’m not coaching, you’ll probably find me on the golf course or running after the kids!
Andy Chinneck
I’m a lifelong fitness enthusiast, dad of two, and someone who never turns down a challenge (the crazier, the better!). From playing semi-pro football and competing in bodybuilding to taking on an Ironman, I love pushing my limits. I’m also a massive foodie and passionate about creating a balanced, enjoyable approach to fitness and life.
